May 25, 2005, Noon: Steve Cassidy and the New York City Firefighters Union endorsed President George Bush last year in the middle of the GOP Convention in NYC. The Kerry folks and the International Union are now going after Steve Cassidy directly! He is up for re-election as President of the Union and they are raising significant monies to try to defeat him. Steve Cassidy was there for President Bush – we need to be there for Steve Cassidy! Steve needs to raise money for his re-election right away! The election is early next month and he needs the funds by Friday, May 27th! We are having a luncheon with Steve in NYC on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, at the Union League Club with individual tickets at $500 per person. If you would like to attend, please email pdonohue at memevents.com. Obviously, time is of the essence, and if you cannot attend the lunch please send a generous donation.
