Good Counsel Homes announces the annual Ball for Life black tie gala to benefit its five homes for homeless, single pregnant women and their children to be held on Friday night June 9th. at 370 Park Avenue in Manhattan at 7:00 PM. A Mass for Life will be held prior to the ball at St. Patrick’s Cathedral with Rev. Benedict Groeschel as Celebrant and Homilist at 5:30 PM. Fr. Groeschel is Co-Founder and Chairman of the board of Good Counsel homes and has a weekly television program on EWTN TV. Advance tickets are $195 per person in advance and $225 at the door.

Gala keynote speakers will be David Tyree, #85 Wide Receiver for the NY Giants and Stephen G. Peroutka, lawyer, TV and Radio talk show host and Chairman of the National Pro-Life Action Center in Washington, DC.

Kevin McCullough, radio talk show host of “Live from New York” on WMCA radio 570 and 970 AM, will be the Master of Ceremonies.

Nationally known Fr. Frank Pavone Executive Director of Priests for Life will open the Ball for Life with benediction.

Dancing to the music of the Jerry Vivino Orchestra , guests will enjoy food and fun with an open bar, succulent sit-down dinner and silent auction. Good Counsel’s New York homes are located on Staten Island, the Bronx, Poughkeepsie, Spring Valley, and Harrison. It’s newest home under development is in Hoboken, New Jersey with plans to open this summer.
